Eccoci giunti al secondo numero della rivista Formanotizie, un grazie a tutte le istituzioni e a chi ha saputo trasmettere con il proprio intervento messaggi importanti ai numerosi lettori, sia tramite Facebook, o Twitter che per e-mail. L’incredibile passaparola spontaneo ci ha portato migliaia di contatti in pochissime settimane. In questo secondo numero abbiamo voluto affrontare un tema molto attuale e preoccupante per tutti, crisi del lavoro. Proprio per superare la crisi è necessario più che mai essere competitivi e altamente qualificati, facendo della formazione uno strumento attraverso il quale si può competere e affrontare un mercato del lavoro in evoluzione ma innovativo per rimanere nelle politiche previste dall’Unione Europea. Per questo abbiamo lasciato spazio a chi sta vivendo questo momento in modo diverso, ma in egual modo importante; ringraziamo loro per il grande lavoro che stanno portando avanti e con grande entusiasmo, diamo la possibilità a tutti di seguire i loro interventi. Il dott. Tiraboschi, che da anni assiduamente combatte in trincea il tema di riforme sul lavoro, ci descriverà le nuove riforme e l’apprendistato; il Dirigente dell’Assessorato Istruzione e formazione della Regione Siciliana, dott. Ludovic Albert spiegherà come ha trasferito nel territorio siciliano buone prassi dal Nord cercando di adeguare il sistema d’istruzione e formazione al contesto locale, l'Assessore provinciale di Cremona Paola Orini come attivamente sta affrontando una tematica scottante del territorio: la disoccupazione giovanile.
